Choose a tier, or take the Discovery Quiz to help match your subscription preferences  and receive a themed box each month. Subscriptions renew automatically, but you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before the monthly skip date.

Yes. Gift subscriptions are available for and include a personalized message for the recipient. Email if you have questions.

Each box includes a mix of curated items such as:

  • Spice blends
  • Sauces or condiments
  • Spreads/Jams, Beverage 
  • Kitchen cooking tools or accessory

Yes. Each box includes tier-specific recipes that highlight a featured product/item.

Shipping and Billing

When did Flavor Root Box launch?

February is the official launch month and the first box shipped.

Boxes ship within the first 7 days of each month or within 7 days of your initial payment. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your box is on the way. Subscribers will  receive a email once the box is in route.

Billing occurs monthly for the upcoming box and continues on the same scheduled billing date each month.

Customers may skip an upcoming box by updating their subscription at least 24 hours before their next scheduled payment date. If the skip deadline is missed, the subscription will be billed and the upcoming box will ship as scheduled.

To skip an upcoming box, update your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled payment date.

Example:

If your next payment is scheduled for March 20, you must skip by March 19.

Flavor Root Box currently ships within the United States and select territories. For our Alaskan, Hawaiian, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands customers, delivery may take an additional 4–12 business days. Canadian and International shipping may also experience extended delivery timelines.

Yes, shipping rates and any promotions are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Multi-month subscriptions are billed once at checkout for the full gift term. If you purchase a recurring subscription, billing follows the monthly cadence.

Your first box ships within the first 7 days of the month or within 7 days of your initial payment. Gift subscriptions follow the same shipping schedule, beginning with the recipient’s first shipment and continuing with each month’s new theme

Products may vary slightly due to batch sourcing while maintaining equivalent value.

How can I manage my subscription?

Subscribers can log into their account to update preferences, change tiers, skip a month, pause or cancel at any time.

Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel my Flavor Root Box subscription?

You may cancel your Flavor Root Box subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings. Cancellations must be completed before the monthly cutoff date to avoid being billed for the upcoming box.

To avoid being charged for the next month’s box, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled payment date. If the deadline is missed, the subscription will be billed and the upcoming box will ship as scheduled.

Because Flavor Root Box curates and prepares boxes in advance, charges processed after the monthly cutoff are non-refundable. Once billing has occurred, the upcoming box will still ship. Multi-month and gift subscriptions are billed in full at checkout and are non-refundable once processed.

Once canceled: Your subscription will not renew. You will not receive future boxes. You can rejoin Flavor Root Box at any time by subscribing again. You will continue to receive any box that has already been billed prior to cancellation.

Yes. If you’re not ready to cancel completely, you can: Skip a specific month, or pause your subscription for a later date. 

Gift subscriptions are prepaid for the full term and cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased. The recipient will continue to receive boxes for the duration of the gift period.
